I may need phone support. Where can I find your phone number?

GeekISP doesn't presently offer phone support due to the low cost nature of the hosting packages. We can serve you better when we focus on the server and software infrastructure.

That said, we make it top priority to answer emails. We believe you won't be disappointed with our timely, technical answers.

I can personally vouch for the timeliness and professionalism of the responses from GeekISP Support (Dave). Any time I have a question/issue, Dave's response is usually within minutes, sometimes even immediate. I've never received better support from a hosting provider. Period. I can't say enough good things about Dave or GeekISP, but to sum it up, my business runs on Dave's systems. If they weren't reliable, I wouldn't be using them.
